On last Saturday unfortunately I fell off from my bike and had bad injuries on my leg and i couldn't walk properly, the pain is unexplainable and i went to a nearby clinic to get antiseptic injection. As the doctor said i should take rest and not strain my leg much this week, it's been hard for me since i couldn't move much but on this Friday my wound is a little dried which is a good sign for me to start my routine.
Therefore, I buckle up my shoelace and start with a 4km walk, it was a bit hard but i don't think I'm going to give up. The next day i can feel that my leg is slowly recovered and i had a walk and a slow jog for 7km, i feel really good that i have started my routine and i had that great feeling of unstoppable in me.
